Reflections
Sometimes, we carry things for so long that we stop noticing their weight.
The experiences that changed how we see ourselves. The things we learned to believe about who we are, what we deserve, or whether we'll ever be enough. The parts of ourselves we've tucked away, and the feelings we haven't quite found the words for.
Maybe you're trying to understand why certain things affect you the way they do. Maybe something happened that changed how you see yourself or the world around you. Or maybe you can't point to any one thing. You just know that somehow, something began to feel different.
